You can return any item complete, undamaged * and in its original packaging (excluding personalized items and panties, for hygiene reasons **) with which you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of receipt for benefit from a refund of the product (postmark as proof).

Your withdrawal request must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or e-mail (see example of fillable text at the bottom of the page) and if you wish, we would like to know the reason why you are returning your order to us.

In order to avoid problems in the event of loss or not receipt, we ask you to choose a tracking method for returning the product.

* Only items returned complete in their original condition, unwashed but clean, with no visible wear and no cat hair will be eligible for a full refund.

** Express and Urgence panties (without personalization or added badge) which have never been taken out of their original packaging (cause of death of the cat before receipt for example) can they possibly be returned and reimbursed - excluding delivery costs - by the goodwill of the seller if the buyer has remained correct in his trade. However, any removal of the panties from the envelope suggests a possible test on the cat: we cannot therefore reimburse these panties for hygiene reasons. Custom-made panties are non-refundable.
